Two buses, Bus 1 and Bus 2, start from the same point A. Bus 1 travels 2 km east to point B, takes a right turn and travels 5 km to point C, then travels 2 km to its left to reach point D. From point D, Bus 1 travels 4 km north to point E and then turns left and travels 4 km to reach the final destination point F. Bus 2 starts from A and travels 3 km west to point O. From point O, Bus 2 takes a right turn and travels 7 km to point P, then travels 2 km to its right to reach point Q, then travels 13 km south to reach point R. From point R, Bus 2 takes a left turn and travels 1 km to reach point S and stops there. Suppose an imaginary point X is in the north-west of A; from there, a perpendicular is dropped on a point L which is in line with O and B, and the total distance between point L and B is 17 km. In which direction is point F with respect to point B?
