Correct answer: x > y

Solution

I: x²-20x+91=0 → (x-7)(x-13)=0 → x∈{7,13}. II: y²+16y+63=0 → (y+7)(y+9)=0 → y∈{-7,-9}. All x values (7,13) are greater than all y values (-7,-9). So x>y.
