Solution

For cylinders, curved surface area is \(2\pi rh\). So \(r_Ah_A : r_Bh_B = 2:3\). Given \(h_A:h_B = 1:2\), we get \(r_A\cdot 1 : r_B\cdot 2 = 2:3\), hence \(r_A:r_B = 4:3\).
