Correct answer: 138.2 m²

Solution

The inner radius is 10 m and the outer radius is 12 m. Area of the path = $\pi(12^2-10^2)=\pi(144-100)=44\pi$. Using $\pi\approx 3.14$, this is $44\times 3.14=138.16\approx 138.2$ m².
