Solution

The volume of a prism is base area × height. For a regular hexagon of side 8 cm, area = \(\frac{3\sqrt{3}}{2}\times 8^2 = 96\sqrt{3}\) cm². Multiplying by height 12 cm gives \(96\sqrt{3}\times 12 = 1152\sqrt{3}\) cm³.
