  1. 20
  2. 0
  3. 10
  4. 15

Correct answer: 0

Solution

From the data, company Z has 80 managers with male and female managers differing by 10, so they are 45 and 35. Company Y has managers in the ratio 4:5 with difference 15, so male and female managers are 60 and 75. Company X has managers in the ratio 5:4 with total 90, so male and female managers are 50 and 40. After increasing Z's male managers by 20% and female managers by 40%, they become 54 and 49, and the totals of male and female managers across all companies both become 164, so the difference is 0.
