Solution

Let female employees in A and B be F_A and F_B. Since their average is 420, F_A + F_B = 840; and since F_A = 2/3 of male A and F_B = 2/5 of male B with male A + male B = 1620, solving gives F_A = 480 and F_B = 360. Then female C = 25% more than F_A = 600, and male C = 33.33% more than F_B = 480, so the difference is 600 - 480 = 120.
