Solution
In A3:D6:G9, B4:E7:H10 and C5:F8:I11 each successive letter advances by exactly 3 (A->D->G, etc.) and the number rises by 3. In D6:G9:K13 the second step G->K is a jump of 4 letters, breaking the rule, so it is the odd one.
