Solution
For a solid sphere rolling without slipping, KE = (1/2)mv^2 + (1/2)Iw^2 = (7/10)mv^2. With m=0.5 kg and v=0.05 m/s, KE = 0.7*0.5*0.0025 = 8.75e-4 J.
