Solution
All charges lie on the y-axis, symmetric with respect to the x = 0 and z = 0 planes, so the flux through x = +a/2 equals that through x = -a/2 (and similarly z = +a/2 equals z = -a/2, and by symmetry the x and z faces carry equal flux). So options A and D are both true; A is the cleanest correct statement. The y = +a/2 and y = -a/2 faces are also symmetric (the two -q charges are mirror images and +3q is central), so flux through them is equal, making B false.
