Solution

RC has dimensions of time (RC circuit time constant), so 1/(RC) has dimensions of frequency (1/time). L/R is the time constant of an LR circuit, so R/L also has dimensions of frequency. Both 1/(RC) and R/L have dimensions of 1/time = frequency.
