Solution
E0 = c * B0 = 3x10⁸ * 2x10⁻⁷ = 60 V/m. The wave travels in -x direction. B is along z, propagation along -x: E x B must be along -x. With B along z-hat, E must be along -y-hat: Ey = -60 sin(...) V/m.
