Solution

E=floor4, F=floor3 (immediately below E). 1 floor between E(4) and A → A=floor2. A above H → H=floor1. B: odd floor, same flat number as H(floor1) → B=floor3. G=floor2(even,flat2), D=floor4. Remaining: C fills floor1 (with H). H and C both on floor1.
